BRACE is run by a voluntary Board of Management, whose members are drawn from a range of industry sectors, including the media, business, education, health, hospitality and local government.

The Board of Management meets monthly to discuss policy and strategic direction for the organisation. BRACE Education, Training and Employment Ltd is limited by guarantee under the Corporations Act (2001). An annual general meeting is held with a report presented detailing audited financial statements and information of the year's achievements.

The board employs Christopher Carroll as its Chief Executive Officer.
